Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my data stored?
Your tasks, notes, and attachments are stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account. Griddo does not have its own servers — your data stays with Apple's iCloud.
My tasks aren't syncing across devices
Make sure iCloud is enabled for Griddo on all your devices. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and check that Griddo is toggled on. Syncing may take a few moments, especially after first install.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete individual tasks by swiping to delete or using the "Clear Completed Tasks" option in Settings. Uninstalling Griddo removes all local data. To remove synced data from iCloud, go to iOS Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
Can I use Griddo without iCloud?
Yes. If iCloud is disabled, Griddo stores all data locally on your device. Your tasks simply won't sync to other devices.
How do location reminders work?
When you add a location to a task, Griddo can remind you when you arrive at or leave that place. This requires "Always" or "When In Use" location permission, which you can manage in iOS Settings.
